You can choose your desired delivery date and time zone (Mon & Wed & Fri: 10am - 1pm, Tue & Thu: 6 - 9pm).
Please place an order two days in advance before your desired delivery date & time.
Note: If you are unable to receive your purchase in person, no worries. We deliver your kimchi(s) in an insulated bag so they can stay cool at your door step.

Please place your online order at least two days in advance before your desired pick-up date. If you order today, you are usually ready to pick up on the day after tomorrow (When ready, you will receive our "Ready-To Pick-Up" email which is different from the order confirmation.)
Note: Our kimchi is not displayed in the regular store shelves to retain freshness in the dedicated extra cold fridge, so please order online for pick-up.

To keep your kimchi fresh, plan your trip so it reaches your refrigerator within 2 hours of pick-up. Store it at 4°C or below for the best quality and flavor. ​
