This new addition to our lineup is a bold, soul-warming tribute to the rustic traditions of Jeolla-do, South Korea. While our Korean Traditional line offers a balanced, savory experience, this Mustard Green Kimchi (Gat-Kimchi) is crafted for those who seek a deeper, more pungent, and more complex flavor profile.

We utilize Vancouver Farm Fresh GAT of Korean origin, prized for their natural peppery heat and "wasabi-like" zing. This characteristic pungency remains front and center, providing a sharp, refreshing contrast to the rich fermentation.

Officially best before 3 months after crafting when refrigerated. Please note that the taste and texture is changing depending on how long and cool you store them while it's anytime best with different tastes during 3 months if you keep them refrigerated at least below 4°C.

For delivery customers:
If you usually receive delivery, you’re welcome to return defective items when we deliver your next order. Just email us in advance with the photo, reason, and your preferred delivery date and time.

Refunds or exchanges are typically processed within 3 days after the return is completed.

Please note that all return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Our jars are meant to be reused—not thrown away. Thank you for helping us close the loop.

For every empty jar returned, you’ll receive 10 Gimjang Points (worth $0.50), which can be used toward your next order.

Points are manually added to your account once we receive your jars.

How to return jars:

Leave them on your doorstep when we’re scheduled to deliver to you, or

Bring them back to our pickup farm store

Just remember to text or email us in advance if you’re leaving jars out for pickup, so we don’t miss them.

You can pick up after you receive a "pick-up ready" confirmation email in two days of your order on our partnering farm store: Richmond GAIA Farm (12700 Blundell Rd, Richmond, BC)

You can easily find the farm store building with red roof once you enter the main gate of the farm.
