Our kimchi is a live, fermented product that requires consistent refrigeration. Despite the best efforts of carriers, there can be fluctuations in temperature and handling times during transit, which can compromise the product's integrity and taste. To ensure that our customers enjoy the highest quality, farm-fresh kimchi, we currently offer local delivery and in-store pickups only. This way, we can maintain rigorous control over the conditions in which our kimchi is stored and transported, ensuring it reaches you in optimal condition.
Our kimchi should be stored in the coolest section below 4°C of your refrigerator to maintain its freshness and flavor. Our kimchi is lab tested to last best for 3 months under this condition. Even if you pass this period, kimchi is still edible with more fermented flavor of added sourness. If you keep it in the cooler condition close to 0°C, you can keep it fresh even more than 6 months.
