A bright, refreshing hit of tangy rice vinegar and savory soy sauce, followed by a gentle, natural garlic warmth. A clean, slightly sweet umami finish that cleanses the palate without leaving a heavy garlic aftertaste.
Harvested locally right here in Richmond during their brief, fleeting summer window, our garlic scapes are steeped in a traditional Korean soy-vinegar brine (jangajji style). Unlike our fermented kimchi line, this non-fermented pickle is all about crisp texture, bright acidity, and balanced umami.
