Ingredients: Vancouver Farm Fresh CUCUMBER, Radish, Scallion, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Chilli flake, Cane Sugar, Sea Salt, Rice, Shrimp

Sweetly spicy with a farm fresh cucumber's fantastically fermented tastes. This is newly launched to celebrate our participation in the Picklefest Vancouver 2025. If you like much crunchier texture, this cucumber kimchi should be consumed as early as possible as the cucumber loses its crunchiness as the fermentation proceeds even in the fridge.
 
Officially best before 2 months after crafting when refrigerated. However, we recommend to consume as soon as possible unless you like quite sour tastes. Please be noted that the taste and texture is changing depending on how long and cool you store them while it's anytime best with different tastes during 2 months if you keep them refrigerated at least below 4°C. 
 
*Currently, only our main ingredient is Vancouver Farm Fresh. Our food system is highly dependent on imported produces. It's difficult to localize all the ingredients for now. Our mission is to localize them as much as possible.

    How to return your item:

    • Returns can be made at our pickup store.

    • Before visiting, please email us with:

      A photo of the product

      A brief explanation of the issue

      Your preferred visit date and time

    Returns are handled by appointment, so we can give you our full attention.

    For delivery customers:
    If you usually receive delivery, you’re welcome to return defective items when we deliver your next order. Just email us in advance with the photo, reason, and your preferred delivery date and time.

    Refunds or exchanges are typically processed within 3 days after the return is completed.

    Please note that all return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.


    2. Jar Return & Reuse Program ♻️

    Our jars are meant to be reused—not thrown away. Thank you for helping us close the loop.

    • For every empty jar returned, you’ll receive 10 Gimjang Points (worth $0.50), which can be used toward your next order.

    • To earn points, you’ll need to be a registered member on our website.

    • Points are manually added to your account once we receive your jars.

    How to return jars:

    • Leave them on your doorstep when we’re scheduled to deliver to you, or

    • Bring them back to our pickup farm store

    Just remember to text or email us in advance if you’re leaving jars out for pickup, so we don’t miss them.

  • Pick up:

    • You can pick up after you receive a "pick-up ready" confirmation email in two days of your order on our partnering farm store: Richmond GAIA Farm (12700 Blundell Rd, Richmond, BC)
    • You can easily find the farm store building with a red roof once you enter the main gate of the farm.
    • Please text or call us at 778 (508) 1095 if you have any trouble finding our agent.
    • Pick up Hours: Tue~Fri 10am - 3pm

    Local Delivery:

    • Currently we do deliver to the areas of the cities of Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Surrey, Delta and Langley. 
    • Delivery fee: $5 (~$40 order), Free ($40~ order) 
    • Currently we do delivery on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
    • You can choose your desired delivery date and time slot at your checkout (Closing order at 5pm for the next day delivery).
